Here is the overview of Daniel Island Condos that can help you choose which one may suit your needs.  The condos on Daniel Island are centrally located to the waterfront of the Wando River where you can catch the ferry to downtown Charleston, and they are within the central village of the island close to the restaurants and shopping!  

Daniel Island offers several condominium communities, each with its own lifestyle and amenities. 

Daniels Landing offers one- to three-bedroom condos generally ranging from approximately $290,000 to $750,000, with a saltwater pool, hot tub, clubhouse and fitness center, but no elevators. 

Pier View features elevators, secured garage parking, a pool and fitness center, with prices generally ranging from the mid-$400,000s to approximately $1.1 million. 

200 River Landing Drive offers elevators, secured garage parking, a pool and fitness center, with typical prices from approximately $600,000 to $900,000+. 

254 Seven Farms Drive is an affordable option with a pool, clubhouse and small fitness center, but no elevators, with prices generally from the low-$300,000s to approximately $520,000. 

Parkside offers townhouse-style condominiums near Smythe Park, generally without elevators or private clubhouse and fitness facilities; residents have access to nearby Daniel Island community pools, and prices typically range from the mid-$500,000s to upper-$800,000s. 

The Waterfront provides luxury condominium living with elevators, a resort-style pool, pool house and state-of-the-art fitness center, with residences generally priced from approximately $1.5 million to more than $3.5 million.
